But if you still can’t stop thinking about them, it’s time to try out these healthy and yummy protein brownies, because frankly they won’t lead to weight gain.

    There is always a way to make things healthier – yes, even brownies. All you need to do is use some healthy alternatives. Add a hint of some really nutritious elements that you avoid eating otherwise, and ta-da! You are good to go.

    Ingredients to make protein brownies

    100 gms roasted almonds 50 gms cashews 20 gms walnuts 100 gms dates 1 tbsp peanut butter 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder 2 scoops whey protein 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate

    Steps

    Step 1: Take roasted almonds, walnuts, cashews, and dates in a grinder. Give it a spin, until they bind properly.

    Step 2: Take the mix out in a bowl and add peanut butter, cocoa powder, whey protein, and melted chocolate. Mix all these ingredients well and prepare the dough.

    Step 3: Now, take a small portion of this dough and evenly spread it in a tray. Keep this tray in the fridge for one to two hours.

    Step 4: Bring out the tray and with the help of a knife, cut cubes of the brownie and serve.
