    These past few months of the pandemic and lockdown have forced all of us to search for coping strategies. While some find solace in activities like cooking or drawing, others turn to yoga and meditation. But there’s a group of people who have sought peace of mind in a bottle of alcohol. Yes, you know who you are!

    While alcohol may not be the best coping strategy, indulging in it during the vulnerable times of the covid-19 pandemic is a terrible idea. But if you’ve already done it, it’s time for damage control.

    Alcohol can harm your liver by destroying its cells and causing scarring, putting you at risk of liver cancer and other serious health conditions. While there’s no substitute for limiting your alcohol intake, incorporating these 6 liver-healthy foods into your diet can help to some extent:
