It’s a shame that many women shy away from them, either considering them too difficult or simply unaware of their incredible potential. Let’s explore the six key factors that might be holding you back.

    1. You haven’t warmed up properly

    Underestimating the importance of warming up is a common mistake in the fitness world. Warming up loosens your muscles, allowing for better performance and flexibility.
