Victim Services

One of the Center's most important services is to provide crime victims and witnesses with direct assistance.  If you have a concern or question, please contact our victim service personnel.  If you have an emergency, please call 911.

Service Referral

We have a database of over 10,000 organizations that link victims with a variety of important services, including crisis intervention, information, assistance throughout the criminal justice process, counseling, support groups and legal counsel.  If you need help finding a organization near you please contact our service referral department or call our 800 number 1-800-FYI-CALL or 1-800-211-7996 (tty/tdd)

If you have a question or comment concerning victim-related legislation, please contact our Public Policy department.

Civil Justice

The National Crime Victim Bar Association (An affiliate organization of the National Center for Victims of Crime) is comprised of leading attorneys and expert witnesses from virtually every state who assist victims in seeking justice and compensation through civil actions.
